Originally founded by Stephen Hooper, the business was taken over by Stacey Moulton and Bruce Burton (now retired) in 2007. While ownership changed, the name “Hoopers” was kept — both out of respect for Steve, a friend, and because it represents the reputation and trust the company has built over the years.
